1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Yahyou website (www.yahyou.co) or engaging our AI Governance Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan, the UAE, the EU, and the USA. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our consultancy services.

2. Scope of Services

Yahyou provides professional consulting in AI Governance, Risk Management, and Data Strategy. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • AI Audits & Compliance: Independent reviews of AI models for regulatory alignment.
  • Data Strategy: High-precision data labeling and cleansing.
  • Automated Due Diligence: Use of the CORE Framework via our technology partner, Model Monster, to generate system blueprints.

3. Professional Disclaimer

  • Not Legal Advice: While our services help you align with the Pakistan National AI Policy 2025 and the EU AI Act, Yahyou provides technical and strategic consultancy, not formal legal opinions. Clients should consult with legal counsel for final regulatory filings.
  • Model Performance: Yahyou provides "Governance-by-Design" to mitigate risk; however, we do not guarantee that an audited AI model will be 100% free of bias or error due to the non-deterministic nature of Artificial Intelligence.

4. Client Obligations

To perform accurate AI Governance Services, clients must provide:

  • Full and honest access to AI system blueprints and model documentation.
  • Accurate data for labeling and cleansing projects.
  • Timely feedback during the Yahyou Method phases (Diagnostic, Framework, Integration, Oversight).

5. Intellectual Property

  • Yahyou IP: All methodologies, including the Yahyou Method, and website content are the exclusive property of Yahyou Digital Ltd.
  • Client IP: Yahyou claims no ownership over the AI models or proprietary data provided by the client for auditing or labeling.

6. Technology Partnerships & Third Parties

Our services may be "Powered by Model Monster." By using these services, you acknowledge that technical data flow analysis is processed through this partner platform to ensure automated risk insight and continuous governance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yahyou shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from AI system failures, regulatory fines, or data inaccuracies, provided that Yahyou has exercised "Reasonable Care" and due diligence as documented in the CORE Framework.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
